These Terms of Service apply to your use of Death Moto 6 : Traffic Bike (the "Game"), provided by Wedo1.com through TikTok Mini Games. By using the Game, you agree to these terms and to applicable TikTok terms and policies.

1. Use of the Game

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to play the Game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment purposes. The Game runs inside TikTok and may not be available in every region or on every device.

2. Fair and lawful play

You may not cheat, interfere with the Game or its services, exploit bugs, attempt unauthorized access, distribute modified copies, or use the Game in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

3. Advertising and purchases

The Game may contain in-game advertising. In-app purchases are not planned for the initial version. If purchases are introduced later, we will provide updated terms and any required notices before that feature becomes available.

The Game relies on TikTok to provide the Mini Game environment and may use TikTok-supported advertising services. Your use of TikTok and interactions with ads are also governed by the applicable third-party terms and policies.

5. Availability and changes

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or product improvement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

6. Intellectual property

The Game and its content are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of the Game or grant permission to use its name, artwork, code, or other materials outside the rights expressly stated here.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
